Returns Policy

Unwanted Items:

• Return within 30 days of purchase.

• Item(s) must be sent with original packaging.

• Our returns form must be completed and approved by F.A.Y.Medical before the return process can begin.

• Customer is required to pay any delivery fees which cannot be refunded.

• Our returns form must be completed and approved by F.A.Y.Medical before the return process can begin.

• Customer is required to pay any delivery fees, however, such fees will be refunded when your return has been received and approved.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us recieving the returned item(s).
